Agreement to Terms

By accessing the 11Vertex digital infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please disconnect from our systems immediately.

Service Engagement

All service engagements follow our high-velocity engineering model. We provide strategy, design, and engineering services as outlined in specific project contracts.

Intellectual Property

• All pre-existing frameworks and internal tools remain the cognitive property of 11Vertex.
• Custom digital constructs developed specifically for your project are transferred to you upon full settlement of dues.
• You grant us a limited license to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

Payment & Retainers

Fees for our architectural services are based on the project scope and complexity. Payments are non-refundable once engineering sprints have initiated.

Liability Constraints

11Vertex is not responsible for any direct or indirect system failures, data losses, or operational delays resulting from external provider outages or client-side logic modifications.

Termination of Vector

Either party may terminate the project vector with written notice. All work completed up to the point of termination will be billed accordingly.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the digital laws of the jurisdiction in which 11Vertex maintains its primary operation node.
